I Googled this place and came in for an estimate. They were able to offer me a great price along with a convenient payment plan. I absolutely love the results! The team was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! Keep up the good work

WOW! A small word that has such a strong impact. Much as the same as Primo auto body and paint. Reading the positive reviews and results, I thought I'd show them the repair I needed and gave them an idea to improve my vehicle. Oliver and Carlos did both! I bought a car off the dealership lot that needed a paint correction. Then I gave them my idea. They accomplished both in a faster than usual time frame and to perfection! I am so overwhelmed by every facet of the transaction. Thank you gentlemen! From a very satisfied customer.

Out of all the auto repairs I’ve handled in my life, none of them compare to the treatment, professionalism, and satisfaction that I received from Carlos and Primo Auto this past week. Before finding Carlos, I received quotes for body work and repairs to my Jaguar from two other shops, but I wasn’t satisfied with either of them. On a whim, I found Primo Auto and decided to give Carlos a call. From the moment I told him my issues, he proceeded to blow me away with both his overall patience and the transparency of the estimated costs. My car was ready just two days later, which was half the time estimated in the other quotes I received for the same repair. Primo also handedly beat the other quotes that I had received and Primo was undeniably more affordable. Carlos and his team made the entire process run smoothly and the repairs and body work were absolutely flawless. I’m writing this review with the hopes that at least one person calls Primo Auto and gives them a chance like I did. To Carlos and the Primo family: thank you for helping me when I really needed you and for exceeding my high and demanding expectations. If you need any body work or auto repair, please give them a try.

Great communication and customer service, beautiful work, I'm a very happy customer. I took it in for pretty minor damage to a rear panel by the tire (dents, a few scratches), and a scuffed up rim. Even tho it was minor damage to one panel they had to paint both doors but that didn't add significantly to the price. They couldn't do the rim itself but offered to have me pay separate to send to their rim contact, and it looks good as new too!! I didn't price shop around, but they did such great work I wouldn't hesitate to come back if needed and to recommend to others. (hard to make out in the pics unfortunately)
